医保如何保障"一老一小"

    小丫丫的医疗费也能报销

    今年春天，1岁半的上海虹口区小女孩丫丫患上支气管炎。“住过两次院，每次都要花千余元。”从连云港迁来上海工作的刘倩夫妇，月收入不足5000元。不过，很快就有好心的妈妈们为她支招：去年9月1日，上海就出台了少儿学生基本医保，还有少儿住院互助基金，只要到本区申请办理，就可报销不少费用。刘倩赶紧给丫丫办理了上海少儿学生基本医保。

    5月末，小丫丫再次住院，724.14元医药费，能报销362.07元，审核后就直接汇入她的账户。

    2006年9月1日起，上海实施“少儿学生基本医保制度”，施行《上海市中小学生和婴幼儿住院、门诊大病基本医疗保障试行办法》，为200万名中小学生、婴幼儿提供医疗费用报销，完成了对全市少年儿童的“无缝隙”覆盖。

    虽然此次上海并未列入79个试点城市，但“一老一小”相应保障办法已先后出台。据介绍，再过3年，有望使每个上海市民都有相应的医保。(刘若辰)
