2007年上海特殊奥运会首例意外险理赔案顺利结案

    2007年上海世界特殊奥运会首例意外险理赔案顺利结案，一位来自香港的工作人员获得本届特奥会指定保险服务商太平人寿付出的1900余元赔款。这是本届特奥会发生的第一起意外伤害保险赔付案，标志着本届特奥会保险保障工作已经全面产生实际成效。

    据记者了解，7月12日，该被保险人在工作时不慎滑倒，导致脚踝、髋骨、肩膀多处擦伤、淤血。7月14日，特奥会执委会向本届特奥会指定保险合作伙伴———中国保险集团报案，接到报案后，中国保险集团理赔服务小组迅速联系承担意外伤害保险责任的承保单位———太平人寿，及时开展相关工作。

    由于被保险人不熟悉上海医院的情况，且工作繁忙，就诊时间无法迎合一般医院的要求，太平人寿紧急联系了SOS急难援助中心，为客户预约了上海华山医院晚上11点的特约门诊，使客户如愿进行了治疗，此时距离客户报案仅用了一个半小时。

    其后几天，太平人寿客服人员多次致电客户，跟踪客户的病情。在确认客户无须后续治疗后，7月20日该索赔案件经审核后结案，赔款1898.3元人民币于收到理赔单证当日即划入被保险人账户。
