劳动保障部:谋划好今后三年养老金调整

    劳动保障部副部长刘永富6日表示，要认真谋划好今后三年继续提高企业退休人员基本养老金标准工作，使退休人员更好地分享经济社会发展成果，从根本上解决养老金差距过大问题。

    劳动保障部要求，各地要加强企业退休人员数据库建设，摸清其参加工作时间、退休时间、技术职称、领导职务等情况；逐步规范和统一调整办法，将参保缴费激励约束机制贯彻到养老金调整中去，认真执行退休年龄的政策规定。劳动保障部还要求，科学准确地预测今后几年养老保险基金收支以及财政可能投入的情况，为制定切实可行的方案做好准备；不断提高基金支撑能力，加强扩面征缴工作，提高统筹层次。
