制止恶性竞争防行业亏损 16家财险公司签自律公约

    8日，港城16家财险公司签署《烟台市家庭、企业用车保险自律公约》。

    据了解，家庭自用车出险率较企业用车、机关事业单位用车出险率高，投保费率因而高于后面两种车辆。受利益驱使，保险公司为招揽客户，往往将家庭自用车以企业、机关车名义投保。保户平均约可节省13%———16%的费用，但保户在理赔
时往往会遇到签章、取现的麻烦。同时，各保险公司竞相降价，导致行业性亏损，理赔能力无法保障。

    为制止恶性竞争，在市保险行业协会的要求下，港城16家财险公司签署了自律公约。

    公约要求，严禁更改车辆行驶证，将家庭自用车变为机关、企业性质承保。严禁伪造证明，将主挂一体货车变为非营业或特种车承保；将企业用车变为机关性质承保。严禁赠送机动车险附加险种。将对违约公司按应收保费的3倍处以违约金，最低不低于2000元，同时给予举报者违约金额50%的奖励。
