温州继续抗台启动救灾 保险部门抓紧进行理赔

    昨晚由温州市委常委副市长黄德康主持温州市防汛防旱指挥中心的工作会议，分析温州汛情，并部署下一步工作，要求民政部门抓紧启动救灾行动，保险部门抓紧进行理赔。

    温州市水文站8月19日20时降水报汛，全市平均降水量172毫米，根据全市155个遥测站统计：100以上117个，其中200以上51个，大于300的10个，400以上2个。最大为泰顺彭溪481mm。

    截至8月19日20时，温州市大中型水库平均蓄水率为百分之九十五，其中苍南桥墩的蓄水率达百分之一百七十。温州南四县出现水灾。

    后续降水量，从8月19日开始到21日将有50毫米至100毫米的降水量，局部出现200以上毫米的降水。

    浙江省副省长茅临生要求温州抗台注意盯紧山塘水库。黄德康强调抗台在思想上要坚定不移，工作上要坚持不解，领导上要坚守岗位。
