新华人寿推出10大创新服务举措

    新华人寿9月初将迎来成立11周年的纪念日。该公司将展开为期一个月的“客户服务月”活动，推出10大创新服务举措，并向广大客户做出10项服务承诺，进一步打造客户服务核心竞争力。

    据介绍，新华人寿推出的10大创新服务举措———包括短信新功能、全国无障碍通赔、理赔金银行转账、特色出险慰问、理赔金提前给付、透明化理赔、健康增值服务等10项内容。新华人寿还发布了对客户的“十项承诺”，如，对客户“实行首问负责制，决不推诿”、“客户服务柜面为客户提供一站式的、便捷专业的服务”、“电话中心为客户提供全年无休、365天、24小时迅捷响应服务”等等。

    此外，新华人寿全国分支机构还将在9月1日-9月30日客户服务月期间推出一系列的客户服务活动，如回访老客户赠送《07版客户服务手册》，举办阳光服务接待日等，让客户亲身体验公司的各项服务，并征求客户对于公司服务的意见和建议。
