成都扩大少儿医疗范围 无本地户口也能保

    记者4日从成都市政府有关部门获悉，为了让医疗保障覆盖到所有居住在成都市的少年儿童，成都市再次扩大少儿住院医疗互助金范围，没有当地户口的少儿也可以参保，享受到每年度最高8万元的医疗报销待遇。

    据了解，2005年，成都市按照“政府组织，自愿参加，互助互济，以收定支，收支平衡，大病统筹”的原则，全面启动了少儿住院医疗互助金制度，将具有本市户籍的中小学、托幼机构在册学生和散居学龄前儿童，以及因病、因残未入学的少年儿童全部纳入医保体系。

    针对外来流动人员子女逐渐增多的情况，成都市今年决定将不具有成都市户口的少年儿童也纳入少儿互助金体系，从而实现少儿住院医疗保障的全覆盖以及各类城市人群公共服务和保障的均等化。
