方力:保险业要大力促进年金市场发展

    保监会人身保险监管部副主任方力在论文中表示，保险业要抓住发展机遇，努力发挥自身优势，大力发展商业养老保险及企业年金，促进企业年金市场快速、健康、持续发展。

    首先，配合做好企业年金资格认定工作，积极争取劳动保障部同时给予养老保险公司和寿险公司受托人、账户管理人和投资管理人资格，推动市场发展。

    其次，积极参与完善有关企业年金制度和操作细则的制定，配合劳动保障部推动企业年金集合计划的出台。

    第三，帮助社保部门实现其经办的企业年金业务年内完成市场化运作的既定目标。

    第四，要积极创新，努力开发固定年金、变额年金、可转换年金、开放式养老金账户等产品，增强产品的投资功能和账户管理功能，为企业年金领取期提供更多年金化服务。
