保监会:打击投连险销售误导

    中国保监会11日称，近日向各人身保险公司和各保监局下发了《关于加强投资连结保险销售管理有关事项的通知》，警告投连险市场销售误导现象，并部署了对销售误导的各项防范和打击工作。

    《通知》明确规定，各公司应切实加强对投连险销售人员的资格管理。自今年10月1日起，各公司授权销售人员销售投连险前，应自行组织对销售人员的产品和法律知识等进行书面考试，没有通过考试的，不得授权其销售投连险。

    《通知》规定，各公司销售人员应向客户正确说明投连险的费用扣除情况，包括初始费用(即保险费进入投资账户之前扣除的费用)、保单管理费、资产管理费、部分领取手续费、退保费用。
