太保最早下月登陆A股 预计发行20亿股

    国内第三大保险公司中国太平洋保险集团A股上市计划揭开面纱。昨天，中国太平洋保险(集团)股份有限公司发布拟首次公开发行A股并已接受上市辅导的公告。消息人士透露，太保集团最早下个月将登陆A股。

    公告称，太保集团拟首次公开发行A股股票并上市，现已接受中国国际金融有限公司和瑞银证券有限责任公司上市辅导。太平洋集团新闻发言人刘丽表示，由于集团对于A股上市已经进入缄默期，不方便发表任何言论。

    知情人士向记者透露，此前太保集团预计通过A+H股完成募集资金30亿美元，其中A股预计发行20亿股。不过目前对于是否还要在H股上市，太保集团并未最终确定。

    然而，对于太保能否在今年上市，分析师持怀疑态度，资料显示，太保集团2006年、2005年及2004年的盈利分别为21亿元，17.5亿元和-3.89亿元。

    无论是香港还是国内的上市规则，拟上市公司都需要连续三年盈利。因此，2004年的亏损成为太保集团上市的一道障碍。中信建投金融研究员佘闵华也表示，进入上市辅导期要经过1年以后才能在A股上市。

    不过，消息人士表示，A股市场异常火爆，使得监管机构鼓励大型企业回归A股的倾向性非常明显，而监管机构也会对大型企业的A股上市给予特批。
