中国再保险整体上市箭在弦上 增持中再财险股份

    昨天，中国保监会批复了中国财产再保险公司股权转让的请示，同意首旅集团将所持有的中再财险11。03%股权(估价2。504亿)转让给中国再保险集团。转让后，集团持有中再财险股份占公司总股本的82。76%。此举也意味着中再集团整体上市箭在弦上。

    中国保监会主席助理、新闻发言人袁力此前表示，在汇金公司注资40亿美元完成后，中再集团一跃成为亚洲第一大再保险集团。通过回购部分子公司产权，集团公司实现了对中再财险、中再人寿、中再大地、中再资产四家主营业务的子公司67%以上的绝对控股权。

    消息人士透露，日前中再集团已进入上市辅导期。最快或于今年9月份实现“A+H”股整体上市。
