两财险公司增资扩股获保监会批复

    昨日，记者从天平汽车保险和太平保险获悉，这两家公司增资扩股的批复已经正式获得保监会的批准。据了解，天平汽车保险公司的注册资本由3亿元增加到4亿元，其中上海益科创业投资有限公司持有7996万股，占比19.99%；海南浦海实业有限公司持有7480万股，占比18.70%；海南华阁实业投资有限公司持有7464万股，占比18.66%；上海日兴康生物工程有限公司持有4960万股，占比12.40%；新理益集团有限公司持有4180万股，占比10.45%；海南陆达科技有限公司持有3960万股，占比9.90%；海南中皓实业投资有限公司持有3960万股，占比9.90%。

    太平保险的注册资本则由10亿元增加到13亿元人民币，其中中国保险(控股)有限公司出资655,175000元，占注册资本总额的50.398%；中保国际控股有限公司出资520325000元，占注册资本总额的40.025%；中国工商银行(亚洲)有限公司出资124500000元，占注册资本总额的9.577%。
