信用卡保险"卡"在诚信

    诚信度不够信用卡保险也需个性化

    中银财险人士表示，在欧美一些发达的国家，信用卡保险非常普遍，发卡机构都会主动向保险公司投保。但在国内，由于信用体系尚不健全，缺少足够的数据支持，因此保险公司在承保该业务时普遍比较谨慎，一些保险公司和银行之所有都不愿推和投保，就怕客户会发生恶意的透支和信用欺诈等行为，给银行和保险公司带来损失。

    此外，记者在采访中发现，信用卡保险在国内仍然处于附属地位，产品种类也十分单一，或只是简单的信用保险，或干脆附加在财产险中，更无个性化之说。

    但据了解，在香港，由于信用卡消费签账额很高，因此一旦持卡人发生意外无法工作，就可能难以偿还签账，造成一定的财务压力。为此，香港某些银行推出了信用卡结欠保障计划，除了可以免除持卡人因意外而无法偿还的债务外。例如恒生银行的“信用卡周全保”意外保障计划，持卡人若因意外导致身故或永久全残，此计划会替投保人支付信用卡余账，最高为10万元。
