瞄准中高端客户服务 金盛保险首设个人理财中心

    私人银行“抢眼”，保险公司也不甘寂寞。昨日，金盛个人理财中心在沪设立，开创保险公司专为中高端客户提供专业私人理财服务的先例。

    据了解，理财顾问是金盛保险专门针对中高端客户服务的营销模式。理财顾问使用“理财需求分析手册”，对每位客户进行客观、全面的理财评估，并根据客户实际资产状况与风险偏好，免费为其提供涵盖风险评估、家庭投资计划、子女教育金、退休安排等多方面的理财建议。调查显示，78%的受访者对理财服务有需求，50%以上的人愿意为理财服务支付费用。

    据悉，自去年1月试运行以来，金盛理财顾问的人均产能达到市场平均水平4倍左右。由于理财顾问采用员工制，使其更能坚持以客户需求为导向，避免销售上的误导。
