保监会:新会计准则下保障基金提取标准不变

    保监会9月14日在回复平安人寿《关于保险业务监管费有关问题的请示》以及《关于保险保障基金相关问题的请示》时明确表示，新会计准则下，保险业务监管费和保险保障基金的提取范围和标准不变。

    保监会在批复中表示，保险公司提取、缴纳保险业务监管费和保险保障基金的内容和范围是在新会计准则实施前，根据《保险法》及有关法律法规，由《国家发展改革委财政部关于保险业务监管费收费标准等有关问题的通知》、《财政部国家税务总局关于保险公司缴纳保险保障基金所得税税前扣除问题的通知》和《保险保障基金管理办法》确定的。

    保监会要求，在保险业务监管费收费标准和《保险保障基金管理办法》修改之前，平安仍须按既定原则提取、缴纳保险业务监管费和保险保障基金。
