携手农业部 保监会力推生猪保险和促进防疫等工作

    9月15日，中国保监会、农业部指导中国人民财产保险股份有限公司和中国动物疫病预防控制中心在京签署了《共同推进农村生猪保险促进防疫工作协议书》,进一步细化和落实国务院关于加强生猪保险和防疫工作的要求。这意味着，保险业和农业部门的合作迈上了新的台阶，进入了更高的层次，将对防范化解农业生产风险、最大限度地维护农民利益、提高服务三农能力产生积极效果。

    该协议以加强保险和防疫合作，优化资源配置，强化防疫防灾和风险管理水平，促进生猪生产发展，确保农业发展、农民增收、农村和谐稳定为目的，从促进生猪保险工作、促进防疫工作、加强疫情防控、实现资源共享等方面确定了双方的权利和义务。协议规定，一是双方建立定期例会制度，通报工作进展情况，进行业务检查和业务交流；二是相互对基层分支机构及相关人员定期进行相关培训；三是共同加强疫情防控，建立应对疫病突发事件的应急处理机制；四是建立信息资源共享平台，做到资源互享、人员互通、信息互用，共同推进生猪保险工作；五是加强宣传，双方利用各自的信息渠道，积极宣传生猪保险的有关政策及相关工作。
