中国人寿发布<责任报告> 明确九大主要社会责任

    中国人寿日前发布了《中国人寿企业社会责任报告》，成为第一家发布企业社会责任报告的保险公司。

    《报告》指出，中国人寿承担的社会责任主要包括9个方面：对国家承担促进经济发展和保障经济稳定运行的责任；对社会承担促进平安和谐和提高全社会保障水平的责任；对政府承担创造税收和创造就业机会的责任；对行业承担引领发展和树立良好社会形象的责任；对股东和投资人承担确保国有资产保值增值和实现股东价值最大化的责任；对客户承担满足客户需求和提供优质服务的责任；对员工承担促进成长和保障合法权益的责任；对环境承担减少资源消耗和促进可持续发展的责任；对社区承担促进社区繁荣与和谐、提供安全健康生活环境的责任。

    公司总裁杨超表示，承担社会责任和提高企业效益是有机统一、相互促进的关系。此次发布《报告》的目的是要向社会公众表明，中国人寿将一如既往地履行好自身社会责任，继续以实际行动向公众展现中国人寿诚信负责的行业引领者形象。
