经保监会批准 太平保险增资至13亿元

    日前经保监会批准，以财产险为主业的太平有限保险公司的注册资本从10亿元增加到13亿元。

    其中,中国保险(控股)有限公司出资655175000元，占注册资本总额的50.398%；中保国际控股有限公司出资520325000元，占注册资本总额的40.025%；中国工商银行(亚洲)有限公司出资124500000元，占注册资本总额的9.577%。市场人士分析，作为一家非上市公司，太平保险要想保持较快发展步伐，必须不断补充资本金。

    另外，天平汽车保险股份公司变更注册资本也获得了保监会的批复，其注册资本变更为4亿元，其中上海益科创业投资有限公司持有7996万股，占比19.99%；海南浦海实业有限公司持有7480万股，占比18.70%；海南华阁实业投资有限公司持有7464万股，占比18.66%；上海日兴康生物工程有限公司持有4960万股，占比12.40%；新理益集团有限公司持有4180万股，占比10.45%。
