"老工伤"三年内将纳入保险范围

    3年内，河南“老工伤”也将能够陆续享受工伤保险待遇了。昨日，记者从省劳动和社会保障厅获悉，全省启动“老工伤”人员基本情况调查，计划三年内将其逐步纳入工伤保险范围。     

    据介绍，老工伤人员指企业在参加工伤保险前因工发生的伤残人员，由于历史原因，这部分“老工伤”人员工伤待遇难以得到妥善保障。将他们纳入工伤保险范围，不但能为企业减轻负担，更为这些“老工伤”解决了实际困难。据统计，截至今年7月底，全省工伤保险参保职工已达到445.3万人，其中仅1~7月，全省工伤保险基金征缴收入达25615.5万元，基金支出14100.8万元，累计基金结存达到8.37亿元，这给逐步解决“老工伤”问题打下了坚实基础。

    目前，河南省已经启动了“老工伤”基本情况调查。按照省劳动和社会保障厅统一要求，我省计划三年内妥善解决“老工伤”工伤待遇问题。其中，今年年底前，工伤基金基础较好的郑州、洛阳、安阳、新乡四市将“老工伤”纳入工伤保险范围；2008年，全省再选择10个地区解决“老工伤”问题；2009年，全省实现“老工伤”全部纳入。
