06年预算执行和其他财政收支审计揭示6大共性问题

    四、审计发现问题的整改情况

    劳动保障部在审计前开展了自查，并纠正了自查发现的问题。对这次审计发现的问题，劳动保障部高度重视，及时组织部属有关单位认真整改。中国社会保险事业管理中心已与物业公司签定补充协议，由中国社会保障杂志社直接交付办公用房租金，并已经交付2006年度办公用房租金28.22万元；鉴定中心已对转移到所属公司的收入，作了调账处理，归还了原资金渠道；中国劳动保障科学研究院已就科研楼整体改造工程作出方案；机关服务中心已补办了核销房屋资产审批手续。对未按规定办理预算划转、将非所属预算单位纳入预算管理的问题，劳动保障部正在与财政部联系，配合其完成预算划转工作。 

    此外，对审计发现的少数管理不规范等问题，审计署另行出具了审计建议函，劳动保障部正在进行整改。
