男子开车撞树 诈骗车辆保险金4万元

    27岁的北京人李某为了诈骗车辆保险金，不仅故意制造两车相撞的事故，还故意开车撞大树。前天，李某和同伙梁某因涉嫌保险诈骗罪在丰台法院受审。

    据指控，从2005年9月至去年7月间，李某和梁某等人分别在丰台区卢沟桥京石高速北辅路、丰台区西四环辅路岳各庄桥等地，7次故意制造车辆相撞事故，之后以受损理赔为名，诈骗保险公司保险金4万余元。

    李某等人制造交通事故的方式很多，有时由李某开车撞自己人的车，有时故意撞击停在路边的违章车。一次，李某还驾车故意撞向门头沟区108国道路边的大树。

    法庭上，李某二人对指控没有异议，他们说，希望家人能积极帮他们退赔保险公司的损失，争取法院的从轻处罚。

    此案没有当庭宣判。
