大连实施财险理赔回访制度

    日前，继在全国行业率先实施“寿险客户回访制度”取得成功经验的基础上，大连保监局再度出手，制定并向辖区保险机构下发《大连市财产保险公司理赔回访实施方案》。

    保监局有关负责人表示，以往，由于财产险理赔难导致的产寿险客户回访服务发展不平衡的现状，将由此得到根本性扭转。为检验上述《方案》的适用性、可操作性及辖区保险机构的贯彻执行情况，大连保监局将择机组织规模性专项检查，以求对其进一步完善并全面落实。

    另悉，大连保监局组织力量对辖区产寿险公司涉及的多项服务指标进行了第二次抽查。结果显示，上半年，全辖区保险公司总体服务水平综合指标大大提高，其中理赔时效和理赔满意度提升幅度较大，辖区保险机构总体服务品质一年好过一年。
