上海社保案陆续判决 司法进程加速

    吉林：已判6人，重头在后

    相比上海、安徽两地，吉林省司法机关系受理上海社保系列案数量最多者。

    吉林当地检察机关共立案10案14人，至今年9月才陆续开庭，但“后开先判”，进展最快。目前长春中院已一审开庭7案9人，其中6案6人已于9月23日上午宣判。

    此外，9月22日，原上海电气董事长王成明案于长春市中级法院开庭，同案受审的还有原上海雅苑房地产开发公司董事长严金宝、原上广电房地产公司总裁陆天明两人。

    据检方指控，王成明涉嫌受贿21万元，包括张荣坤所贿6万港元；王成明还涉嫌在担任上广电总裁期间，于上海闵行区一块600亩土地转让中，伙同严金宝、陆天明共同贪污3亿余元。

    目前，吉林方面尚有几件重头案件尚未开庭，包括原上海市委副秘书长、上海市委办公厅主任孙路一案，原上海市宝山区区长秦裕案，以及张荣坤和其同案犯周卫明、张军案。
