沪保监局:保险业服务质量垫底

    在8类窗口服务单位中位居末席

    记者日前从上海保监局了解到，中国质量万里行促进会8月上旬在上海对包括保险业在内的服务行业进行明察暗访，在8类窗口服务单位中，上海保险业竟位居末席。

    针对上述明察暗访暴露出的问题，上海保监局召开行业会议，强调行业规范服务标准，加强行业自我管理。会议要求，在上海市保险同业公会与中国质量万里行促进会上海办事处联系沟通的基础上，研究制定上海保险业窗口服务标准，统一部署行业整改行动，对检查发现存在问题的保险公司要通报批评。

    据了解，在中国质量万里行促进会工作人员10天的暗访调查中，保险业最差，合格率仅40%。5家被察访的保险企业中，有营业大厅业务办理未见中文标志的，有未提供投诉处理环节的，也有服务流程不清晰的。

    对此，上海保监局局长孙国栋表示：“保险业要知耻而后勇。以此为起点，认真查找行业服务中的薄弱环节。公司要定期暗访抽查，不能一阵风。几家被点名的公司要有明确的改进措施，接受公众监督。产险的服务标准也要尽快落实。保险业不能拖全市服务行业水平的后腿。”
