三家保险公司获得保监会批准可申请年金管理资格

  昨日经保监会批准，泰康养老保险、平安养老保险、英大泰和人寿保险等三家保险公司分别可向劳动和社会保障部申请企业年金基金账户管理人资格和受托人资格。

    其中，泰康养老保险与平安养老保险可向劳动和社会保障部申请企业年金基金账户管理人资格，而英大泰和人寿保险则可向劳动和社会保障部申请企业年金基金账户受托人资格。

    记者了解到，企业年金基金管理机构资格的认定，是根据《国务院对确需保留的行政审批项目设定行政许可的决定》和《企业年金基金管理机构资格认定暂行办法》的相关规定，由劳动和社会保障部组织专家评审委员会评审，并由银监会、证监会、保监会同意授予的。

    另据保监会透露，中国太平洋保险于2007年4月30日股东大会和2007年6月11日临时股东大会决议对公司章程进行的修改已得到批准。
