社保案:孙路一等五名被告宣判

    9月25日，长春市中级法院、上海市第一中级法院分别对原上海市委副秘书长兼市委办公厅主任孙路一等五名被告进行了判决。

    孙路一被控利用职务便利为他人谋取利益，非法收受他人现金、贵重物品等折合人民币共计500余万元，构成受贿罪，被长春市中级法院一审判处有期徒刑15年。

    同一日，上海市第一中院还对上海社保案四名涉案被告进行了判决：

    原上海市国资委主任凌宝亨被控受贿50万元，被判有期徒刑八年。

    原上海市国资委副主任吴鸿玫被控多次接受下属国企和张荣坤贿赂，总值人民币近196万元，被判有期徒刑十一年。

    原上海电气资产管理公司副总裁徐伟被控受贿39.2万元，被判有期徒刑七年。

    原上海电气投资管理公司副部长程彦敏被控利用职务便利收受贿赂港币5万元和人民币13.2万元，被判有期徒刑三年，缓期五年执行。

    《财经》了解到，在长春开庭的上海社保系列案中，目前仅余原上海电气集团董事长王成明等三人的共同贪污案尚未判决，该案原定于25日判决，但由于案情上仍存争议，将择日宣判。
