航意险十八年发展历程 今年1至7月实现保费1.27亿

    中国航空旅客人身意外伤害保险从1989年开办至今，走过了十八年的发展路程。

    1989年，当时的中国人民保险公司与民航总局、国务院法制办一起研究制定了最早的航意险产品，分五种费率，即3元、5元、7元、9元、11元分别保1万、2万、3万、4万、5万元。当年5月1日，航意险正式在全国范围内开办。

    1993年，航意险调整为5元、10元分别保3万、6万元。

    1998年7月，中国人民银行制定颁布了《航空旅客人身意外伤害保险条款》。条款规定，航意险保险期间为登机舱门到离机舱门之间，每份保费20元，保额为20万元。全国自1998年8月1日起统一使用“航意险统颁条款”。

    2003年1月10日，中国保监会发布航空旅客意外伤害保险行业指导性条款。新的航意险将由原来每份保险费20元、保险金额20万元，调整为每份保费20元、保额40万元，同一被保险人最高保额200万元的规定不变。

    2007年9月，中国保监会下发《关于加强航空意外保险管理有关事项的通知》。《通知》废止行业指导性条款，将航意险产品开发权和定价权完全交给保险公司，进一步发挥市场机制作用。

    截至2006年末，共有22家寿险公司、11家产险公司经营航意险。2006年实现航意险保费1.76亿元。今年1至7月，实现航意险保费1.27亿元。
