上海公交车船免税申请 须在购买"交强险"之前办妥

    日前，上海地税发出《通知》对在上海市范围内公共交通线路营运的车辆、渡船减免车船税的申请时限等问题进行了明确。

    《通知》规定，公交车辆的经营者应当在每年12月20日前向主管税务机关提出免征下一年度车船税申请，在购买车辆“交强险”之前办妥免税手续。渡船经营者应当在每年7月31日前向主管税务机关提出免征当年度车船税申请。据悉，对于以上申请，税务机关将在受理后30日内予以批复。

    在此前发布的《上海市车船税实施办法》中，对可以享受车船税减免的车船范围进行了详细的规定。《办法》规定，用于本市范围内公共交通线路营运的车辆、渡船，是指经本市车船营运主管部门城市交通运输管批准，依法取得营运资格，执行本市价格主管部门核定的营运收费标准，按照规定时间、线路和站点(渡口)营运，供公众乘用并承担部分社会公益性服务或执行政府指令性任务的车船。包括公共汽车、电车、旅游专线车、机场专线车；渡船包括客渡船、车渡船、车客渡船。(中国税网)
