保险业将建立"黑名单" 严加处罚保险公司失信行为

    如果保险公司不诚信，将被纳入“黑名单”。日前，中国保监会主席吴定富在中央国家机关“为民、务实、清廉”主题教育实践活动情况交流会上表示，要定期对保险公司诚信状况进行评估，建立“黑名单”制度，严加处罚存在严重违法违规和失信行为的从业人员。

    吴定富说，监管部门加大了监督检查和处罚力度，重视解决销售误导、理赔难等突出问题。今年上半年，共派出775个检查组，对保险公司分支机构和保险中介机构共809个单位进行了现场检查，依法对351家机构和205人给予了行政处罚。目前，保险监管部门正积极为保险行业营造良好的法制环境。
