    频发规范性文件

    维护保险市场秩序

    进入9月，保监会市场规范力度骤然加大。

    据记者统计，到目前为止，保监会已连发4道规范性文件，针对投连险市场、航意险市场、保险中介业务市场以及保险销售人员的不同问题进行规范整顿，维护保险市场秩序。

    半月前，保监会才刚刚发出《关于加强投资连结保险销售管理有关事项的通知》，敲响投连险销售误导“警钟”，要求加强对投资连结保险销售人员和代理机构销售人员的培训，以防再次出现“退保风波”。

    其后，保监会又于9月26日发文下放航意险定价权，同时强调加强内控，实现公司内部电脑联网、电脑出单和实时管理，避免造成因航意险手工出单，保费流失、假保单、撕单埋单等危害着保单持有人利益的违规现象。

    业内人士对此认为，保监会此次频繁出台规范性文件，说明监管层对保险市场的风险已引起了高度重视。
