保监会同意5家保险公司委托股票投资方案

    中国保监会29日消息称，已于日前批复同意阳光控股、大众保险、正德人寿、嘉禾人寿和中英人寿5家保险公司委托股票投资的方案。

    具体内容包括：阳光保险控股股份有限公司委托保险资产管理公司从事股票投资，股票投资资产上限为上年末公司总资产的5%；大众保险股份有限公司委托太保资产管理公司进行股票投资；正德人寿保险股份有限公司委托保险资产管理公司从事股票投资，其中传统及分红险类资金投资股票比例不超过该类资产上年末余额的5%，万能寿险产品投资股票比例不超过该产品账户资产的50%，投连险产品投资股票比例不超过该产品账户资产的80%。  

    保监会称，上述5家保险公司应严格遵守股票投资和风险管理的规定，坚持长期稳健的投资理念，切实履行委托人的职责，不得直接从事股票投资，督促受托人谨慎尽职、规范运作，防范市场风险、道德风险和操作风险，维护保险资产安全。
