浙江嘉兴实施<办法> 实现养老保险全覆盖

    从10月1日起，浙江省嘉兴市政府正式实施《嘉兴市城乡居民社会养老保险暂行办法》。嘉兴市代市长李卫宁表示，这一政策将使嘉兴近100万城乡居民受益。

    在此之前，在嘉兴市只有企事业单位职工、被征地农民等这些特定的人群，才能享受社会养老保险，而农村居民以及城镇部分未参保的居民则与社保无缘。而实施新政策后，凡是嘉兴市行政区域内，年满16周岁至60周岁，符合参加职工基本养老保险或现有各类社会养老保障对象之外的城乡居民，都可以参加城乡居民社会养老保险。新旧政策的叠加，覆盖范围扩大到了城乡所有人群：不仅包括农民，还包括城镇居民中未参与保险的以及非嘉兴户籍但已经取得暂住证的外来人员。

    据了解，为让养老保险政策覆盖所有城乡居民，嘉兴市将每年从财政中支出3.6亿元，在嘉兴110亿元的年财政收入中占到3.27%。
