江苏寿险业签订自律公约 公司挖人半年不得超10人

    为规范保险行业，严格人员招聘管理、打击不正当竞争，江苏省32家寿险公司近日共同签订了《江苏省人身保险公司人员同业流动自律公约》，通过行业自律的方式在全国率先规范人身保险公司人员流动。

    《公约》联手规范保险人才流动市场，共同约定十项禁令，同时推出个人营销人身险产品服务十项承诺。

    此前，江苏保险行业一度出现了虚假招聘信息，相互挖人的不正常现象，本报曾就此作过报道。

    《公约》要求各公司严格人员招聘的管理，在招聘过程中不得发生通过宣传单、宣传页、海报、手机短信等形式夸大招聘条件或以任何借口捏造事实、散布谣言、诋毁同业、损害竞争同行的商业信誉。

    为遏制少数保险营销员频繁流动的不良行为和有组织的集体转公司行为，《公约》规定，一家公司在全省范围内向另一家公司引进高级管理人员，连续6个月内累计不得超过10人。签约的寿险公司将设立自律执行小组，建立保证金制度，确定违约处理办法。
