流浪狗伤人 保险公司也埋单

    南京将出现为流浪狗伤人埋单的“狗保险”。南京一家寿险公司透露，他们将推出的“家庭养犬意外伤害保险”，就包括了这一条。该保险与去年底某财险公司推出的“犬主责任险”相比，最大的区别是流浪犬等非自养犬伤人也能得到赔偿。

    犬伤害案例正日益上升，购买“家庭养犬意外伤害保险”，即无论养狗还是不养狗的市民，如果被邻居家的狗、流浪狗等非自家犬咬伤、抓伤，都可得到赔偿。该保险保费门槛很低，如A款主险保费每人每年1.5元，犬咬伤抓伤造成意外死亡的给付基本保险金额最高5万元；造成意外残疾的给付基本保险金额最高5万元。A款附加险“家庭养犬意外伤害医疗保险”，每人每年每份保费4.5元。另悉，该保险规定，被自家狗咬伤打狂犬疫苗，要想让保险公司埋单，必须先为狗狗报“户口”。
