家政业拟重新推雇主责任险 年初时该险种曾被取消

    10月10日，记者在市家政协会召开的研讨会上了解到，本市拟在家政行业重新推出今年年初被取消的雇主责任险。目前，家政行业只有对家政服务员的保险。

    据市家政协会会长李大经介绍，今年以前，家政业既有家政服务员的险种，又有雇主的险种。但对于雇主的险种，只有一家保险公司在做，投保人非常少，很难推行。从今年年初起，保险公司就取消了这一险种。但由于家政业的从业人员流动性很大，保险费用一般由家政员和雇主自己来承担，一旦发生家政人员的意外伤害事故，家政人员和家政公司承担的风险都很大，家政服务消费者的权益也无法得到保障，因此家政业保险还需要进一步完善和调整。

    会上，市家政协会与到会的24家家政公司、部分保险公司均表示，拟在本市家政业重新推出“雇主责任险”，以将家政公司的一部分风险转嫁给保险公司。但部分保险公司表示，“雇主责任险”投保费用和投保率都很低的现实，难以改变其黯淡的前途。

    此外，据李大经介绍，另一种拟推出的意外伤害保险金最高达3万元，险种也更加细化。其中，部分保险公司提出的一个险种规定，在看护过程中，由于家政员的责任导致0-6周岁幼儿意外身亡或残疾，保险公司将赔付投保人5万元。

    ■名词解释·雇主责任险

    雇主责任险就是保险对象为雇主的保险。在保险责任有效期间，被保险人或连带保险人因遭受意外伤害导致事故、残疾，以及因意外伤害发生的合理医疗费用，保险公司按照约定给付保险金。
