平保斥资10亿认购惠理基金 作基础投资者

    作为香港首家上市基金公司——惠理基金IPO格外引人关注。市场消息人士昨日透露，已于上周通过港交所上市聆讯的惠理基金将引入平安保险(2318.HK)作为基础投资者。

    据悉，平安保险将认购9%的惠理基金股份，涉及资金约10亿港元。除了平保之外，惠理基金目前暂时无意引入其它基础投资者。分析人士指出，因为惠理只会出售25%的权益，引入太多基础投资者，将不足以分派。同时，平保的入股将能与惠理基金在内地业务发展产生协同效益。

    惠理基金的资产净值约为15亿美元(约合117亿港元)，预计将会出售25%的股份，换言之，集资规模为3.75亿美元(约合30亿港元)。目前惠理计划所发售股份，全部是主要股东美国私募基金WhitneyGroup出售的旧股。
