7家电力公司发力财险市场

    继国家电力迈入保险市场后，昨日7家电网公司共同发起成立的鼎和财产保险股份有限公司正式批准成立。

    昨日中国保险监督管理委员会对外发布公告，批准了中国南方电网有限责任公司、广东电网公司、广西电网公司、云南电网公司、贵州电网公司、海南电网公司和南方电网财务有限公司等7家公司共同发起筹建鼎和财产保险股份有限公司的申请。

    据悉，该公司注册资本为人民币5.18亿元，注册地为深圳，公司拟任董事长为李文中，拟任总经理为张晓英。该公司筹建期为一年。
