中国保监会批复中再领导班子

    昨日，中国保监会公布了关于中再(集团)股份公司刘京生等人任职资格的两项批复，从监管程序上认可了中再(集团)股份公司领导班子成员。

    包括，核准刘京生董事长、庞继英副董事长的任职资格；核准李笑明、孟兴国、刘丰、程玉琴、任小兵董事的任职资格；核准刘京生担任你公司总裁的任职资格，核准张泓、王立民担任你公司副总裁的任职资格。

    而姚鸿、李晓英、李秀芳核准为独立董事。
