中再集团拟境内外整体上市

    经中国保监会批准，中国再保险(集团)公司由国家注资整体改制为股份公司。新成立的中再集团，以361.49亿元注册资本金在再保险行业中名列亚洲第一、全球第五。公司将准备在境内外整体上市。

    作为目前国内惟一的国有独资再保险商，今年1月份，中再集团继建行、中行、工行等之后，获得中央汇金公司40亿美元注资，成为首家引入汇金公司注资的保险企业。改制后的股份公司由财政部和中央汇金公司共同发起设立，注册资本金超过360亿元，两大股东分别持有14.5%和85.5%的股权。

    中再集团表示，改制成功后，公司将引进战略投资者并准备选择时机在境内外整体上市。据统计，去年我国保费收入大约5千亿元，再保险保费收入仅占6%。经济专家认为，国内的再保险发展还有很大空间，在此基础上再发展民营的或者合资的(再保险公司)，市场结构将渐趋合理。
