误导保险为基金 保险公司被罚20万

    保监会昨天公布，一家北京公司的网络营销中存在以基金名义公布某产品价值的误导宣传问题，该公司被行政处罚款20万元。据悉，三季度共有85名保险高管人员被处罚，同比增加132.26%。查出的违法违规问题集中表现为部分业务领域非理性竞争、虚假列支经营费用等弄虚作假以及误导宣传等问题。
