上海保监局:前10月申城保费393.33亿

    昨日，上海保监局公布数据显示，2007年1至10月，上海市保费收入累计393.33亿元，同比增加56.49亿元，增幅为16.77%。其中财产险公司保费收入104.71亿元，同比增加17.20亿元，增幅为19.66%。寿险公司保费收入288.62亿元，同比增加39.29亿元，增幅为15.75%。产寿险保费收入比例为27∶73。中外资保险公司保费收入比例为74∶26。

    截至今年10月，上海市保险赔款和给付支出累计107.69亿元，同比增加36.85亿元，增幅为52.02%。其中财产险赔款42.71亿元，同比增加6.89亿元，增幅为19.24%；寿险给付56.39亿元，同比增加29.05亿元，增幅为106.22%；健康险赔款给付6.85亿元，同比增加0.69亿元，增幅为11.27%；意外险赔款支出1.74亿元，同比增加0.22亿元，增幅为14.36%。

    同时，上海保监局还公布了10月信访投诉情况报告。报告指出，当月该局共收到各类来信61件，接听来电85个，接待来访12批20人次。针对具体保险公司的有126件。

    从信访涉及的内容来看，反映有关理赔、退保、续保、承保等保险合同争议的占82.4%；反映保险公司违规经营问题的占信访总量的2.4%；反映保险公司服务态度和内部管理等问题的占9.6%；其他有关保险问题咨询、意见和建议的占5.6%。
