交强险不应分项设限额

    据北京青年报报道，在全国人大常委会法制工作委员会就修订道交法召开的座谈会上，部分法学专家提出，目前我国实施的交强险，从名称到责任限额，都没有体现立法的原意。全国人大应当进行监督，对交强险进行改革。

    专家说，实践中交强险的规定不符合法律规定的精神。在交强险责任限额内，不应当区分是否有过错，更不应按不同伤害程度分项设定赔偿限额，应在总的赔偿责任限额内不考虑过错问题进行赔付，并且要提高赔偿责任限额。发达国家一般通过交强险基本上就把赔偿问题解决了。
