发改委刘建钧:将允许保险资金进入创业投资行业

    国家发改委财金司金融处官员刘建钧日前表示，今后将允许保险资金进入创业投资行业。

    他认为，目前是我国国有机构打造创业投资新型平台的一个最好良机。创业投资或者说私人股权投资，是国有机构从事资本经营一个最有效的平台或方式。他透露，最近还将出台创业投资企业债券融资管理规定和关于促进创业投资引导基金规范运作的指导意见。后者出台后，各级政府包括国有资产管理机构，也可以参与到设立基金的工作中。

    刘建钧说，要优化国有资产布局结构，下一步应从产品经营的层面转变到资本经营。针对未上市企业的股权进行资本经营对国有资本更有意义。
