生命保险一卡通为客户带方便

    “如何为客户保单管理提供方便，这是每位客户急盼解决的问题。”生命人寿辽宁分公司在首届客户服务节活动中，把总公司推出的客户保单存折——生命保险“一卡通”送到客户手中时，客户看到上面的保险明细，感动地说：“这个小存折为咱保单管理提供了方便。”

    随着人们保险意识的提高，买保险的人越来越多，有的家庭大人孩子算在一起少的有三四份，多则十几份的保单。为了加强客户的保单管理，今年9月份公司推出了“生命人寿保险一卡通”。这个保险“一卡通”是客户的保险存折。上面的具体内容包括：被保险人姓名、险种名称、保单号码、保额、保费、缴费年限、缴费时间、已缴费记录。客户有了这个存折，不但方便了管理，也避免因为自己疏忽超过缴费实效造成损失。
