中国人寿董事长杨超:购农行20%股权属市场猜测

    中国人寿董事长杨超昨日对风传已久的人寿最多洽购农行20%股权事宜回应称，此事“纯属市场猜测”，如有收购事宜公司将以公告形式及时披露。

    杨超是在国寿慈善基金会、北京大学金融和产业发展研究中心以及中国红十字基金会主办的“健康新村2007合作发展论坛”上做出上述表示的。

    有内部人士指出，即使人寿入股农行，也不会达到20%的高比例，这主要是为了避免人寿成为农行的大股东。

    杨超昨日还表示，商业保险公司可以用自身资金和网络优势通过慈善事业等参与到农村医疗保障体系中。

    中国人寿总裁万峰则表示，中国人寿已为我国13省83县提供了新型农村合作医疗体系的经办管理服务，同时将不断以商业保险产品弥补社会保障的不足，提升农村医疗保障水平。
