团险岁末受宠风潮一浪高过一浪 投保省钱最实惠

    32岁的许芮是中关村一家小型IT公司的技术员，“公司仅有30多名员工，虽然我们享有社保，但还想通过商业保险把自己的保障做足。”

    许芮知道团体保险与个人寿险相比的种种好处，与公司老板商量之后，老板表示可以出面为员工购买团体保险，但由于资金紧张，保费需要员工自行承担。

    随后，许芮开始在同事中组织“团购”，竟有10多名同事有相同的心思，很快由公司出面，找到保险公司为这些员工办理了投保手续。

    许芮的事例给出的启示是：在企业雇主没有条件为员工购买团体保险的情况下，与其大家各自购买个人寿险，还不如把有保险需求的员工集合起来，既解决了企业的经费问题，又为员工提供了保障。

    按照中国保监会的规定，现在只要5个人就能购买团体保险，这意味着买团险更加容易；投保时还可带上配偶、子女和父母，这更是一个为全家谋福利的好办法。
