泰康人寿引用国际做法 实现"两核"业务全国大集中

    日前，随着最后一批分公司核赔业务的顺利上收，泰康人寿核保、核赔“两核”业务处理全国大集中工作圆满完成。这是继2007年11月完成核保业务上收之后，泰康人寿后援大集中迈出的又一关键步伐。

    泰康人寿坚持“专业、效率、服务、创新”的经营理念，2007年保费收入和利润都有长足进步，成为国内排名第四的寿险公司。为保证公司的持续发展，泰康人寿领导早在2006年就做出了“加强基础设施建设、实行后援大集中”的战略部署。2007年5月，泰康人寿运营中心成立，标志着后援大集中工作进入紧锣密鼓的实施阶段。泰康人寿斥巨资引进了先进的ECM(企业内容管理)平台，建立了连接总、分、支公司的F-E前端业务处理系统，为个险核保、核赔业务处理的全国集中奠定了物质基础。与此同时，通过招聘、培训和内部调动，选拔了高素质的核保、核赔工作人员。为使新旧制度平稳过渡，泰康人寿采用先试点、分批次的办法，将32家分公司的相关业务逐步上收。

    据悉，核保、核赔的集中处理在国际上是一种先进、成熟的做法，目前在我国尚属起步阶段。
