保监会主席:雪灾赔付严禁保险公司拖欠惜赔

    中国保监会主席吴定富一日在此间强调，在当前雪灾肆虐的非常时期，各保险绝不允许发生恶意拖欠赔款以及惜赔之行为，一旦发现定严肃查处。

    在此间召开的保险业救灾紧急工作会议上，吴定富要求各保险公司进一步简化理赔程序、缩短结案周期、提高理赔效率。对于小额赔案要快处快赔；对于受客观环境限制一时无法查勘定损的重大项目，要在初步核实的情况下预付部分赔款；对受灾地区的人身抑或财产保险赔案，只要与灾害直接相关并在合理范围，要能赔尽赔。

    吴定富表示，依然严峻的天气条件与理赔工作的继续深入，将对资金产生越来越大的需求。他要求各保险公司要提前做好大额赔付的准备，特别是个别偿付能力不佳的公司。吴定富对平安集团、瑞士再保险在灾害出现后立即预提大笔专项资金的做法表示赞赏。

    据知，截至一月三十一日，各保险公司因当前暴虐雪灾共接到报案五十点五万件，预估赔款三十五点一九亿元人民币，已预付赔款三点五亿元。
