平安股东大会今日召开再融资方案谜底即将揭开

    今日，中国平安召开2008年第一次临时股东大会，此次大会最重要的议题之一是就公开增发不超过12亿股A股和412亿元分离交易可转债的再融资方案进行正式表决，若上述再融资方案最终实施，将成为A股市场最大笔再融资项目。

    自中国平安传出天量再融资方案之后，股价一路走弱，并创下9个月以内的新低65.01元，相比其历史最高价149.28元，平安市值缩水一半还要多。昨日中国平安报收于67.10元，跌幅4.29%。

    由于中国平安此次再融资数额庞大，因此市场上不论是机构投资者还是中小散户，都对此次股东大会高度关注，目前各路人马已经纷纷聚集深圳，准备参加今日的股东大会。按相关规定，此次股东大会将进行分类表决。两项融资议案经出席股东大会有表决权的全体股东所持表决权的三分之二以上通过,并报中国证券监督管理委员会核准、香港联交所审查同意后方可实施。
