中英人寿和金盛人寿增资获保监会批准

    昨天，保监会批准中英人寿、金盛人寿增资要求。此前，太平洋安泰也获得保监会批准增资扩股。其中，中英人寿注册资本金由14亿元增至16.3598亿元，增幅16.8557%。金盛人寿注册资本增至9.05亿元，五矿集团及安盛(中国)继续分别持有49%及51%，双方按持股比例出资。
